Herb Remedies Tips

Okay my brother has two yellow teeth. One is one of the front and the other is the one right below it. He’s had these stains ever since he was a kid. And he’s about 23 now. What are some home remedies for those deep stains?

The best method I have come up with, and I work in a dental office is this….I ordered some free trial offers and then I used some whitening toothpaste to maintain the results. I got the same results as some of our patients.

I want to grow my own herbs but I only want to grow the ones that I will use a lot so which ones would be the easiest to grow and the best to use?

rosemary is great and easy to grow and use, watch it it will spread and spread in the garden, I grow in a pot because of that….it’s great with poultry

sage is also easy to grow, and great with pork

parsley is easy to grow and a great herb for most everything including garnish

oregano is also a great herb for italian dishes, fairly easy to grow
all herbs need full sun!!

My girlfriend has suffered from bruxism (grinding of teeth in her sleep) and other "muscle spasm" like symptoms in her sleep relating to a Post-Traumatic Stress syndrome.
While she has a mouth plate to protect her teeth, her jaw and neck muscles are constantly strained causing major pain and migranes upon waking.
Are there any natural remedies that could possibly assist us? I was thinking perhaps some sought of msucle relaxant that could be applied locally (ie. to her jaw)?
Any ideas/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I was in Holland and Barrett to see if they had any herbal remedies for water retention. They had five different tables to chose from and this is where I need the advice. Has anybody tried these tables and which are the best ones to go for? The woman was not very helpful and I didn’t want to spend my money on something that might not work.

The best results I have had with fluid retention with my clients is encapsulated parsley. 2 capsules taken 4 times a day for a week then taper off works great.
