Is the Chinese Herbal pill Lida Daidaihua slimming capsule safe and effective?

I was doing some research and found on one website that this pill includes sibutramine which is a prescription med that suppresses appetite. On Lida Daidaihua website they are not very specific on the list of ingredients like other diet pills such as EphedraP57.
Most of the over the counter diet medication are dangerous. They are not subject to FDA evaluation and can contain dangerous compounds, which, if unmonitored, can give dangerous side effects.

That is from Canada, which has a food/drug administration way more liberal than that of FDA in this country.
If you want diet pill, go see your doctor.
