I notice the Organic ACV can work faster, but if you take the pill consistently (2 pills 3x a day) I am sure you will find some relief from symptoms. I take the pill when I work and have no time for tea, ACV in water is very fragrant and I do not like it if I only take it in tea with honey or as pill. I suffered for 30 years. I do not spray in my nose, and finally gave the milk. It has been difficult. But with natural products and over the counter medications are not available in stores. I feel really great. I had drainage for 30 years in my stomach.
hacsince91 – I paid alittle oil tea tree in my Neti pot but you can start with a drop of torque and work your way from there! It does sting alittle but works very well. Also cider vinegar (raw unfiltered) is awesome! Drink all day and you will not have sinus problems and it heals a ton of other things including my eczema. As soon as I stop taking every day you come back after a while.
If you need a little help with the stuff in your stomach, it will be killed by the acid in your stomach. It is horrible to have a flow rate in the back of the nose, but if you take the organic ACV as I said, you should be more rapid infection and not having to deal with them more if taken every day from now. My wife can not handle the taste, so for her, she takes the capsules found in health food store (LCA pure unfiltered is best though). I hope you feel better soon.
If you have sinus problems regularly, maybe you should try to take the organic apple cider vinegar daily. I have chronic sinusitis and take 2 tbsp Tea-2tbs in ginger tea with lemon and honey unpasteurized 3X per day. There are enormous health benefits of organic make stroke a day, it helps digestion, weight control, and congestion. Since it took all day, I did not need my Neti pot in about a year and very rarely feel bad at all (I used to suffer from sinus infections several times a year ).
horrible for me is that antibiotics have taken the headache away from the sinus infection, but now my head is just draining CONSTANTLY-24/7- TONS of mucus in my throat that I just swallowed in the stomach! its horrible! and not the thick / other type of racing or sports that u can just spit! it feels almost like htough will continue along the back of the throat if I swallow or not. . . Can anyone help? its manufacture My So sick stomach / wont stop!

Okay. . . So that makes me actually is nasal irrigation! I bought the nasal irrigator syringe and put a good amount of oil tea tree in it and irrigated with her and one I’ll tell you, that worked great! Rid of my infection fast enough. Also alternating with peroxide added to water) I have not had a sinus infection or cold since. If you irrigate every day, you should not even have a cold. Tthe syringe was stuck or something after a time of treated oil tea. I get a Neti pot next:)

Thanx for the video! I’ll try the steam all in it, I had all cela.Je keep getting these horrible sinus infections often! I am sooo tired of them, I just want to cry! I used a goldenseal tincture before and I think it helped a little, but it never seems to go the whole way. How can I stop these infections from coming back??
