Are there any herbal remedies that help with the digestion of dairy products?

I’ve come to the conclusion that dairy products are the reason that I have trouble with acne. The problem is that I love cheese and ice cream. Are there any herbs or other natural remedies that help the body digest dairy products so that I could continue to eat my favorite foods?
I don’t know of any herbal remedies, however I do know that the products made from goats milk are easier to digest.I had not heard of goats ice cream, however I have just Googled it, visit www.butterflylodge.co.uk
My cousin usually drinks aloe & strawberry juice. It’s very helpful for her. She drinks it 3 times at day and it helps her with the digestion. You can find it in this site. Just type aloe juice. http://www.marketamerica.com/heidyg2

My cousin had the same problem.
Taking digestive enzyme to help break down the lactose in the dairy products. Taking a probiotic called acidophilus – which in small quantities can be found in yogurt – like Activia by Dannon or DanActive.
I prefer to take both from a vegetarian capsule, I can eat a couple gallons of ice cream a week so I know what your talking about still wanting to eat something you know messes you up.

If you couldn’t digest the lactose, I would say take Lactaid, which you can find near the gas/ constipation remedies at the drugstore. But this won’t help the clear skin issue. Dairy does cause skin problems in a lot of people, and Lactaid won’t help. The only cure is to cut back on your dairy, and substitute soy /rice/almond products. A huge help can be adding more salmon to your diet, per "The Perricone Prescription" book, which I kind of half followed for a while and definitely helped.
