I think that people who are “enlightened” and talk in that tone that makes them sound “beyond” everyone else is really annoying and it’s a sign that they aren’t enlightened.     There’s no reason to deny or change who you are. If you want to be manly, that’s fine, but it should end up being the least of your concerns.
    Maybe you don’t see many beefy manly men talking about enlightenment because they’re too busy worrying about their bodies.

    Thanks for replying Moocow. I was given the gift of life with certain attributes the earth saw fit to give me. To deny this is to move away from enlightenment. I could be wrong though. Maybe enlightenment is all about denying who we are and creating a fake persona to fit in.

    Funny with things like this that so many people will agree but will argue what you are saying because of one minor difference in opinion. I am here to get the most out of life and be thankful everyday for that gift. Health, love, wealth, life experiences should be part of my life. If they are not then I am away my gift.
