I bought this book so I can have a reference for my treatment and my family with all natural herbs. I could not have been happier with this purchase. It has everything I could ever need it. I used herbs and medicinal plants in the past, before internet, then kind of forgotten. You know, busy, etc.. When Dr. ‘s have begun to prescribe drugs too, I thought, DUH!
Well, I needed something easy to read because herbs, if you do not understand, can be hazardous to your health. This book is easy to understand, and now with the internet so that I can find the herbs, all I can say is, great!
Just get back on track with what my body needs, I lost 15 pounds since Thanksgiving.
