I’ve been reading herbs oils and brews by Scott Cunningham and it has substitutes for incenses and oils at the back. but i can’t use rosemary because my dad is epileptic and rosemary is said to trigger off fits, and there isn’t a substitute for it at the back so i was just wondering if you had any ideas of what i could use instead.
