   I actually am planning on doing this once I get my Flip; right now I only have the camera in my laptop, and it’s just too difficult do to this way by myself! But when I get that (about a month or so, I will definitely do a vid!

   hey you can do a ritual shower too, just put your herbs in a bag (muslin,cotton,cheesecloth, pre-made tea bags, tea balls etc.) and hang it from the shower head. I do it cause I don’t have a tub and it’s awesome!
