What herbs or medicines should I take to improve my sexual performance?

I am 26 and I am low on sexual performance. I am not able to get a hard-on that would last the intercourse. I want to know some herbs or medicines that would give me permanent results. Does homeopathy have a solution? The medicine should not have any side effects. Please help.

    How can you be low on sexual performance? It’s not gasoline it’s an erection.
    Medicine will ALWAYS have side effects, you can’t avoid that.
    To be honest I haven’t ever had erection problems durring sex (I’m not at that age in my life yet) however I have used cock rings before. They are actually sapposed to be a sex toy that increases the intensity of erections but it can also be used as a way to help erectile dysfunction. There are many different styles and types but mainly what it does is it squeezes the base of the penis closing the blood vessels that hold blood. More blood can get in but it can’t get out. Now because of this you don’t want to wear it more than 20-30 mintues. However it can make erections harder, more intense and it can prevent you from losing an erection.
    I get harder and longer lasting erections (my erection lasts longer after ejaculation) with them. I’m sure they can do the same from you.
    You can buy them at any sex toy store and you can get them online. They can range anywhere from $5 to over a hundered for custom built ones (usualy made out of metal). I find the leather ones are best because they are more confortable and flexible. They have them made from rubber, latex, metal, and leather.

    First of all you are young to use any of that stuff you are lookin for. You need to controll your caled self mind. There is lots off good and bad stuff but i don’t wana recmend you to use it unless you are weak in well power. Last thing i wana let you know is there is never ending in this sex department.
