What types of herbs or supplements help suppress appetite?

I need to lose about 10 pounds and was wondering what kind of herbs or supplements suppress appetite? As of now, I take fish oil and a multivitamin and do cardio in the morning but I need that extra boost. I’d prefer to avoid anything that will make me nervous or jittery. If anyone out there has any recommendations, I’d really appreciate it.
I don’t know about supplements, but try upping your water intake. If you’re hungry, drink one or two glasses of water. You could also start eating smaller meals more frequently. Don’t let yourself become starving hungry, eat a small snack like granola or fruit. Good luck with your weight loss.
Hoodia has been proven to help reduce the hunger pangs and some people will take a hoodia and green tea supplement.
