Is $180.00 really a waste if it saves your life?
Anyway, eat, sleep, eat some more, sleep some more. In the meantime, don’t take any more drugs or drink any more alcohol. Take B-complex and multi-vitamin supplements at triple the adult dose. Take a hot bath. Eat, sleep some more. When you feel better, get some exercise and walk to an AA or NA meeting. They have free coffee, not that coffee helps with detoxing. Only time and abstinence can do that, but it takes less time if your body isn’t lacking nutrition, rest, exercise, and plenty of fresh air and water.

See your doctor if you have insurance and see what insurance will cover to help you detox. I have found thru years of experience that home remedies usually don't work. At least not with Detox.....

It’s easy 2 de-tox without paying a fortune.
Drink only pure fruit juice, for 1 day.
Drink fruit juice & add fresh fruit on the 2nd day.
Drink fruit juice, fresh fruit & add fresh veggies on the 3rd day.
+ Plenty of fresh water 2 flush out UR system.
Continue 4 as many days as U C fit.
Hopefully after a week or more U’ll feel better.
