    Ginger and Garlic both have their very own medicinal and beneficial properties.

    But both general almost share the same benefits. A spice that can be used in cooking, as teas, candy or juice.

    Ginger relieves arthiritis pains, muscle cramps, colds, flu, sore throat, headaches, stomach ailments, nausea, poor circulation, natural blood thinner, natural anti-bacterial, natural anti inflammatory properties.

    Garlic > same benefits > good for heart.
    Anti microbial, anti fungal , anti bacterial

    I always use ginger for a stomach ache, always seems to work for me, but never knew it could help with motion sickness before…awesome.
