  1. Yeah, I love the OMHMRE (Original Merlin’s Herbal Magic Roots Elixir) This is the bomb! I am their caretaker Web, and they have always been one of my favorite clients to work. I highly recommend it to anyone. You guys are great too!

  2. LAMO LOL: D>

  3. Irish moss is a thickening agent. This lady to rawluck I went to used to thicken this torte she had made.

  4. I would like to buy American food average bread, butter, eggs, cheese, milk, hot pockets, burritos, vegetables, canned soups, pastries, chips, etc., and I went from 100 per month! Are you well in the restaurant every day. There is no way in hell you spend $ 300 a month for groceries! Just stop eating every single day! I mean you’ve already done, even the pasta? I bet you’ve never even boiled water in your entire life hahaha

  5. Matt, you’re looking hair is so nice lately! tame;)

  6. Yummy. . . Sounds really good. Another is that I love Vitamineral Earth Health Force Nutritionals. . . very rich in natural nutrients and very tasty too. I hope Merlins Herbal Magic improving their packaging to have less impact on our environment. . . all that plastic with small packets. . . Ouch! Its something that I begin to think much about the impact of the products I buy and consume. Love, Me

  7. the thing is that you can make your almond butter and your own meals. Just soft cloth and then use your blender and juicer, if you have one. You can also go buy fruit and vegetables directly from farmers. Where I saw my friends know I’m raw and juice and they give me their crops of fruit. You should also read about. This helps a lot. cheers.

  8. Angela lists what she eats every day in his diary early reforms e, u can subscribe to the mailing list.

  9. Go buy fruit and vegies! Do a little vegetable juices and salads!

  10. Google things like KnowlerMatt MonarchAngela Karen Stokes (although I’m not sure if Angela helps people to start … Do not know if it is his focus) These people have many resources available (some free of others you have to pay. Most of the educational products are not expensive). I’m not saying that these things will help you start, but I’m pretty sure these people can help you take steps in the right direction.

  11. How to offer advice on real. . instead of putting me down? As I said on my diet typical American style, thats what I spend. I read many blogs, so raw and vegan and see what they buy and I know oculd afford not to him. Raw almond butter for $ 18, a small bag of chips coleslaw for $ 7. I know that these things are not necessary, but coming into this again I do not know what is and where to start.

  12. $ 300 per month just for one person is a lot for food. What the hell did you eat a freaking horse? I used to eat $ 100 a month when I was in college. I can not believe some people 300 per month! It’s insane. I bet if I ate all organic products, I’d be paid less than 200 per month.

  13. I can not afford organic either, but I always buy fresh from the market stalls and make sure I wash vegetables and fruits. I would also like Matt and Angela to a menu for a typical day. What do they eat in a day.

  14. I cannot afford organic products either, so I do not buy fruit or vegetables that are known to have high quantities of pesticides used on them like strawberries, I think its safer to eat plants and vegetables have a skin with them than you normally eat. Im thinking about growing wheat grass that seems pretty cheap, but a hand juicer is required, no idea how much it will cost if id rather save for a water distiller as I think thats more important.

  15. Hi, I’m in a similar dilemma. the time im at the stage of not eating any junk / bad “foods, I eat wild ‘free’ weeds. If you eat protein powder that you buy on the Internet, it may be cheaper to buy the meat at low prices at the supermarket for the protein value, but again she may not want to eat your food as such . Some foods may seem expensive can be found cheaper in the Chinese shops, such as goji berries / mushrooms / seaweed.

  16. Listening to my typical American diet, I am able to budget $ 300 per mois.A this time there was no way I can add to it in moment.Alors Is this still possible? Should I focus only on diet as healthy as possible with the money I have? It makes me sad to think that they can not be healthy because I’m pauvre.Je watch television every show and enjoy it as much. Thank you Matt and Angela!

  17. I really want the transition to a raw food but I have a question. I need to know how to do a budget.Je know that most of PPL say I save money on health care in the future. This is great and I am sure very true. But now that money does not exist. I am a poor college student working at the adult minimum wage. Be continued next comment.

  18. I really want to do things like raw food but I just do not know where to start
