   This is a very good technic, but i know Something Even Easier. if u have long hair, just take the end of ur hair and shake it. MOST That Way Comes out of the dandruff. thats how i Took of mine. hope this helped!

    I Had dandruff for about 7 years. All of a sudden I do not. You be the judge. It Took me 2 weeks to beat dandruff. I Eliminated pastry from my diet. Dandruff shampoos I Believe treat only the symptoms. . I do not use dandruff shampoo anymore. It Is incredible. Now I eat hemp cereal, honey, apple sauce INSTEAD of pastry. It was so bad thats Thought I Had seborrhea.
