That just sounds crazy. I want to know if this doctor has ever had kidney stones. I will just about try anything but this sounds strange. Give me medication.

Drink just the water. I chop the seeds up first to get the benefit of the full seed. I’ve been trying to find watermelons with seeds this winter, but they are no where to be found, only seedless ones. I’m thinking the best thing to do is raise your own watermelons in the summer and save the seeds to use until the next winter.

Also, the Gracie Ultimate Fighters eat a lot of watermelon as part of their fitness program.
