what natural remedies are there to become fair?

i am 16 year old girl. i have a problem my face is wheatish colour, my legs and chest is fair and my hands and back is black.what natural remedies should i use to get my all over body of same colour?

One of the first things you will have to do is to take care of your skin. Always keep yourself protected from the rays of the sun. Use a sun block cream if this works for you. Otherwise you can wear long sleeved dresses to protect your arms and wear a wide brimmed hat to protect your face.

You can also try some simple home remedies to help make yourself fairer. You can use fresh lemon juice on your skin since this helps bleach the skin and will definitely make your skin fair. You can also mix some gram flour with a pinch of turmeric and some drops of milk. Make a thick paste and apply this on your face and neck. You can also use this on your hands. This helps make dark elbows fair and helps to soften the skin.

You can also make a face pack using oatmeal, a few spoonfuls of yogurt and some milk. Adding honey to this will also help your skin lighten. Apply this on your face and neck and leave on for half an hour.

Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with two pinches of turmeric powder. Apply this on your face and neck. You will have to use plenty of water to wash this off otherwise your skin may have a yellow tinge.

Almond oil is very beneficial in helping skin become fair. For an even more effective treatment soak a few almonds overnight. Grind these to a smooth paste in the morning. You can use some milk to achieve a smooth consistency. This should be applied n the face and neck. This works best when it is applied at bedtime and left on overnight.

    FACE

    1) Use Natural Fairness Soap twice a day – morning and evening.

    2) Apply lather to your face and massage into the skin using circular motions for 3 minutes or more.

    3) Apply extra lather to the problematic, darker areas of your skin and massage using circular motions for 3 minutes or more.

    4) When lathered well for 3 minutes or more, gently rinse off the well-lathered areas with water.

Note: As an alternative to massaging the lather into your skin, you may apply the lather to your skin and leave for 3 minutes or more. If the lather begins to dry, dip your fingertips in some water and apply to areas where the lather is beginning to dry to get the lather working again.

    OPTIONAL – DAY
After cleansing with the soap, apply Natural Fairness Hydrating Lotion as your daytime moisturiser. Wait a few minutes before applying make-up if required.

    OPTIONAL – NIGHT
After cleansing with the soap, apply Natural Fairness Essence Lotion as your night cream. This is a concentrated formula so use sparingly on first application to determine the correct amount for your skin.
